WAY OF PAYMENT AND BILLING

The Registration Fees can be paid by Credit card (Visa, Mastercard – Debit Cards are not accepted) or Bank Transfer.

Payment managed by your University/Institution with a purchase order?
Please complete the registration with your personal details by selecting bank transfer as the payment method.
If you are in possession of your University’s billing information (company name, address, VAT number and, for Italians only, “codice univoco”) you can edit it in the “Billing Details” box by clicking on “Edit Details”. Otherwise, continue without editing.

In both cases, in order to complete the payment it is necessary for the Organizing Secretariat to receive a copy of the Purchase Order from your Administration to the email address mcm@mcmcongressi.it within 5 days from the date of registration. We therefore suggest that you proceed with online registration when the Purchase Order is already issued.

Payment managed by yourself with your personal credit card?
Your registration will be confirmed immediately by email.

Payment managed by yourself with bank transfer?
You will receive an email with the bank details of MCM srl and you need to proceed with the payment within 5 days. The registration will be confirmed only when payment will be received.

The invoice will be issued by MCM srl.

The invoice will be automatically issued with the participant’s personal data filled during the online registration. In case you need to issue the invoice to another subject please edit details in the appropriate box at the end of the registration process.

Once issued the invoice cannot be changed anymore.

As soon as available you will find copy of the invoice within your user area. You will need to enter your profile with the credentials received by email at the end of your registration. To find the invoice you must click on the download area button.

Cancellations and refunds

The notification of Cancellation should be sent in writing to MCM SRL (mcm@mcmcongressi.it)

Within July 30, 2026 the full fee, minus Euro 50,00, will be refunded.

After July 30, 2026 no refund will be possible.

All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
